Ever since I remember I carried a quiet sense that something was missing. This gentle sense of unease, longing to feel more aligned, more present, and more at home within myself led me to search.
It all began over two decades ago when I attended a breathing workshop through the Art of Living. That was the first time I practiced Sudarshan Kriya, and it was life-changing. I discovered that through breath alone, we can access higher states of consciousness and profound inner peace. That experience opened a door I knew I had to walk through, and so my search for “more” began.
Now, it’s my turn to start giving back. I feel called to share its transformative power with others.
Whether it’s through movement, breath, or stillness, I hope to help others discover the peace and strength that yoga has brought into my life.
Eventually, my curiosity led me to yoga. At first, I struggled to find my place within it. Back then, in Poland, yoga wasn’t as widespread, and I didn’t understand the depth of the practice. I attended various classes but couldn’t quite connect with what I was looking for. Still, something within me kept pulling me back to yoga, even when I didn’t fully understand why.
Around the same time, I attended a mindfulness course, which helped me connect to the present moment and find stillness. Slowly, I began exploring different yoga styles: Iyengar, Vinyasa, Hatha, and other mixed approaches. Each one offered me something unique, but it wasn’t until I attended a class with an Indian teacher in Krakow that everything clicked.
That class was a revelation. It wasn’t just about the physical poses—it was the complete experience I’d been searching for. There were asanas, meditation, breathwork, mantras, and a touch of spirituality, all woven together. It was challenging, grounding, and deeply fulfilling. That day, I realized yoga is so much more than movement; it’s a way of being, a path to connection and balance.
That realization deepened my practice and sparked a desire to learn more. I decided to deepen my meditation practice and enrolled in Meditation Teacher Training at the Chopra Institute. Under the guidance of Deepak Chopra, I studied Primordial Sound Meditation, a practice rooted in ancient Vedic traditions. I am one of the few teachers in Poland certified to offer Primordial Sound Mantras, and sharing this sacred practice brings me so much joy.
In time I decided to take my yoga practice to a next level too and enrolled in a teacher training program at Vikasa Yoga in Thailand. The training was an incredible experience where I not only deepened my physical practice but also learned about the roots of yoga, blending breathwork, meditation, and movement in a meaningful way.
Fascinated by the roots of yoga and it's phiilosophy I continue studing yoga philosophy with Alex my teacher from Thailand at the Higher Yoga Academy. His teachings inspire me to explore the wisdom of yoga on a deeper level and to integrate it into my daily life.
Yoga has given me so much—it saved my life, and it continues to save my life every single day. Through yoga, I find more balance, strength, and a deep sense of connection that guides me through life’s challenges. It’s become my anchor, my inspiration, and my joy.
Now, it’s my turn to start giving back. I feel called to share its transformative power with others. Whether it’s through movement, breath, or stillness, I hope to help others discover the peace and strength that yoga has brought into my life.
Let’s move, breathe, and grow together, embark on a mission towards JOY.
